My experience spans various business stages, including start-up ventures, blue-chip expansions, crisis management, private equity establishment and investments, acquisitions, rapid growth, and IPO processes. I have a proven track record of delivering results in complex and dynamic environments.

In the past 13 years, my focus has been heavily centered on clean technologies, biotechnologies, and the circular economy. I have played a pivotal role in renewable energy projects, both in the private and public water sectors, as well as driving the industrial transformation of waste into high-value commodities for the biotech industry within the circular economy framework.

One notable achievement was advising a business with a $10 billion balance sheet to establish a new vertically integrated $1 billion worldwide venture in renewable energy. I successfully oversaw asset development, technology manufacturing, construction, and plant operation. Additionally, I spearheaded the establishment of a new finance function and executed successful recruitment efforts across the USA, Canada, South Africa, and Europe.

More recently, I have co-founded and led a circular economy business, starting as a minority shareholder with an initial £1 million investment. Through my strategic guidance and expertise, I successfully raised capital, resulting in a significant valuation increase from £10 million to eventually completing a £150 million reverse takeover execution in the Zurich stock market.
