My corporate career was spent working in payments for a variety of organisations from software houses, hardware companies, 3rd party processors, banks and financial institutions, card schemes (Visa), and consultancies. My roles spanned strategy, operations, service delivery, corporate governance, and programme delivery. This culminated in an SVP position with Visa Europe where I was Programme Manager for a global/European restructure, negotiations, and relationship management between Europe and the rest of the Visa Inc.

I now have a portfolio career comprising a property investment company that I started several years ago and has grown year on year ever since. I now have two property businesses and have recently recruited my first staff member. I provide consultancy in the Financial Services industry and recently provided Programme governance to the COO of a European bank for the migration of their core banking platform. I am a qualified Executive Coach specialising in helping organisations change and transform - I focus on the root cause of failure for many projects, namely resistance to change and making the connection between business change and personal change. I am a published author on the same topic.

I provide voluntary Management Consultancy to the not for profit sector via The Cranfield Trust, and I am currently working with the CEO of a social care charity in the South East on their long term strategy.
