I have successfully led & supported banking, financial services and technology companies through change, M&A, restructuring, regulatory remediation and growth. I enjoy working with companies who are entrepreneurial and embrace innovation. As COO, CFO and Board member I’ve been approved by regulators in the UK (SMF2).

I’ve spent a career over 20 years being thrown in at the deep end, developing a range of skills and personal resilience that can’t be taught. I’ve managed £1bn+ balance sheets, £5bn AUM, £10m+ IT programmes, £1m+ p&l growth, £100m+ risks and remediated £100m+ of accounting issues. I’ve successfully brought stability to organisations preparing for and executing M&A activity; implemented time critical IT; programmes; resolved financial flaws & accounting issues; achieved regulatory approvals and remediated regulatory shortcomings; executed strategy, supported a variety of teams and stakeholders; seized opportunities to grow both the bottom line and industry reputation; and built effective relationships within and outside of the organisation.
