Projects include responsibility for the repatriation of pathology services on behalf of Cambridge University Hospital NHS FT, advising a GP practice in bidding for the renewal of its APMS contract and the recommissioning of community services across South Cheshire and Vale Royal.

Seconded from SIB to the Northern Ireland Prison Service to support its major transformation programme. Held specific responsibility for the development and implementation of its estate strategy with the objectives of transforming service operations, improving staff efficiency and reducing cost.

Developed an estate strategy comprising a series of major capital projects totalling £260 million. Work has commenced on the first project, the construction of a £40m capital spend 360 cell block at Maghaberry Prison whilst the other projects await funding from the Government.
