MD, Cardiologist, MBA, spent over 20 years in the medical devices sector in executive positions building and expanding international markets and businesses and delivering profitable growth and share holders value. These positions included P&L management, sales management of direct and distributors sales teams, talent management, medical affairs and key opinion leader (KOL) management, market access and market development, strategic panning for new product launch and geographic expansion.

I obtained my MD degree at the University of Navarra in Spain, in 1979 and specialized in Cardiology at the University Clinic of Navarra (CUN). I thereafter practiced as a cardiologist in several public and private institutions, with focus on non invasive cardiology techniques and intensive care.

I obtained an MBA at the Instituto de Empresa in Madrid and a certification as Member of the Board at the ICA in Madrid.

I'm Spanish, enjoy golfing, spear fishing, photography and playing classical guitar.
