Kevin is an internationally experienced CEO, Director, Consultant, with strong operational leadership skills and a proven track record of success within business-to-business, natural resources, manufacturing & commercial markets.
His passion for helping businesses become healthy assisted by his ability to assess complex situations and identify appropriate solutions underscores his ability to gain meaningful insight and follow up with thorough analysis. He is particularly skilled at group facilitation and enjoys forging consensus through people with diverging ideas and opinions.
His main experiences have been derived through En-Sync 8020 Business Consulting group and Requisite Organization International Institute (ROII). His focus is predominantly on the natural resources sector and FMCGs markets. He has facilitated many organisations through mergers and acquisitions, embedded people systems and organisational cultures, and safety and productivity initiatives due to both his transactional and transformational leadership.
His skills, knowledge and experience in Requisite organisation development, lean methodologies and change management has allowed him to assist clients in developing highly effective, efficient and profitable businesses.
Having found himself in an environment that genuinely satisfies his need for complexity and people engagement; he now looks to do the same for others, whilst taking a broad perspective required to make the organisational change, and develop innovative solutions.
Kevin also supports an SME start-up business iHandover from the board position, which has developed products designed for the Natural Resources Industries and FIFO environments that focus on onboarding, exiting and FIFO or project rotations. He sees the application to capture both explicit and tacit knowledge to be an essential step in creating stability and improving operational performance related to his ethos and work ethic.
Above all, he values time as a precious commodity, and whilst he thoroughly enjoyed the experiences from his career to date, he is also the father of three mature children. He seeks to create adventures to capitalise on the times they share, helping bring balance and development to all.
He holds a Master’s degree in Business Management and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Manchester, UK. He also holds a Bachelor’s (Hons) Degree in Manufacturing Management from the University of Salford, UK.

Requisite Organization is a unique science-based total system to operationalize and sustain the full spectrum of corporate values and strategy through triple bottom line management aimed at assisting companies to design transformation programmes.
Requisite Organization International Institute (USA) was founded in 1999 by Elliott Jaques and Kathryn Cason to continue development and expansion of research on the application of Requisite Organization, an integrated system of management arising from Jaques’ Stratified Systems Theory. Jaques’ tenth book, A General Theory of Bureaucracy (1976) integrates 25 years of basic science research underpinning Stratified System Theory. Another 27 years of research and 11 books reporting the findings made by Jaques and colleagues, forms the foundation of Institute’s research and development.
As a Board Member, Kevin advises and helps to identify opportunities that enhance and demonstrate the effectiveness of utilising Requisite Organization through practical application, education streams and white papers or other publications.
