Malcolm is an experienced senior executive and current Managing Director of ESET UK&I where his key ability for being able to take an outside/in view of a business and work with the board to craft a lean, efficient, and commercially successful entity have been used incredibly well.

Previously a Board member and Managing Director of Kaspersky Lab the world’s fourth largest IT Security vendor. Malcolm joined Kaspersky in 2008 as UK MD and achieved significant market share over an 8-year period.

Before Kaspersky Lab Malcolm has worked in leadership roles at Symantec Corporation, Sun Microsystems and IBM. Malcolm has extensive experience in growing Hi Tech companies from small beginnings to accelerated growth locally and internationally including building distributed sales channels, new product launches, strategic partnering, opening new markets and managing a large, distributed workforce.

Having started his career in the Royal Air Force, Malcolm has started, built, and sold his own businesses in Europe and Asia & has substantial international experience and network.

Malcolm has the honour of sitting on the panel of judges for cyber security industry awards in the UK.

Now looking to add a Non-Executive position to his portfolio where his key strengths in building alliances, creating a scalable business in multi-channel environments and key stakeholder management can all be leveraged to create effect for a board,
