Recently completed assignment as CEO for a private equity owned (NorthEdge Capital LLP) designer and wholesaler of branded wallpaper and home décor products across 60 countries. Despite the strong head winds in the retail market and global supply chain imbalances due to Covid and Brexit, delivered significant value and growth to the shareholders.

Previous role as Managing Director, responsible for Manufacturing at Sanderson Design Group plc (AIM listed), a luxury/premium interior furnishings company that designs, prints, manufactures and markets wallpapers, fabrics, and paints across 80 countries.

Prior to that COO within Lily’s Kitchen, helping this highly successful private equity (LCatterton) and founder/entrepreneur backed premium FMCG pet food business gain a prestigious 18th place in the 2015 Sunday Times Virgin Fast Track 100.

Started career with blue chip employers (Unilever, PepsiCo, ABF etc) and has over 20 years’ recent board level experience in many SME and multi-site industries, particularly within consumer goods, across corporate, family, and private equity ownership.
