Tim has 34 years in financial services technology, leading on operational risk transformation and developing organisational and service resilience in a regulated environment, and he has also acted as Chairman of the Board for a major international banking institution. His work in risk transformation, risk assessment, driving risk culture change, and coaching and mentoring has produced impressive results. His USP experience, combined with his thoughtful problem solving and authentic approach to engaging stakeholders, leaders and practitioners, makes him the ideal person to challenge and advise a board of executives. Tim is seeking a Non-Executive Directorship with a company that wishes to learn from his extensive experience in driving improved resilience and customer service through organisational and technology risk transformation, and to continue producing tangible results through his authentic approach, ability to communicate with all levels of authority, and to design and implement coaching interventions at leadership and practitioner level. Tim also works as a consultant and through interim roles.
