A start up and scale up expert who has operated in a raft of successful businesses as an owner, investor, and advisor where I have crafted a key skillset for being able to take an outside/in view of the organisation, and the eco-system it operates in, and work with the board and its key stakeholders to craft a strategy for success.

Entrepreneurial at heart and being someone who relishes the challenge when taking something that is good and helping create something great by ensuring the right people, processes and technology are leveraged in the right way to create a leaner, cleaner and more agile business.

Equally well skilled at being able to listen to a problem or challenge in a business and be a sounding board or trusted advisor to provide a solution through a difference lens to ensure traction is not lost and competitive advantage handed over.

Know first hand that any business needs a strong offering and sales execution model but equally needs a fit for purpose board that is active, energised and driving the business towards a shared purpose, all whilst ensuring it holds itself, its staff and external stakeholder accountable.

Leveraging such a blended skillset of growth, operational excellence and great stewardship has enabled me to equally step in and help a ramping business become investment ready, know when to raise and who and where from, all becoming key questions and exciting challenges on the journey of growth.

Now looking to add a Non-Executive role to my existing portfolio where an open, honest, and frank mindset, backed by a desire to succeed and a proven track ready for delivering for business owners can be leveraged to best effect for a board.
