Trained “Leader as Coach” and a level A and B BPS accredited psychometrician.,Bill currently has a portfolio of activity including acting as a non executive director and Executive performance coach. He has just stepped down as Chair of Careplus Ltd and a non executive director of Housing Plus’Group and currently serves as a non executive Director of Thomas Telford Ltd the commercial arm of the Institute of Civil engineers

Bill has in the past Chaired SFL Ltd (a HR consulting business) and served on the board of Interim Partners Ltd as their only non executive director and until until July 2017 was Chair of Riverside Care and Support..Prior to this time served for 6 years as a non executive Director for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyor’s Independent Appointments Board. Bill is currently retained as a performance coach by a number of well known organizations in the public and private sector.

Other non executive roles in the past have included: Director of Knightsbridge consulting in Canada, President of AOCFI Europe a trade body of the Career Consulting industry, Advisory Board member of, Durham University Business School and a member of the London Docklands Development board

Married to Gail they live in North Yorkshire, with regular travelling throughout the UK and Europe. He started his career, after graduating from The University of Southampton, as an advertising and marketing professional with Procter and Gamble inc in the mid 1970’s..
