About James

Having taken a first degree, James took a postgraduate diploma in law, followed by a Masters in law at the University of Leicester. James has been advising on employment law and team performance since 1998. He set up Eight Legal Ltd with his wife Kay, a Veterinary Surgeon. His focus is on providing practical, business-focused solutions to keep SMEs running smoothly and profitably. James is a guest speaker on the Cambridge University Business school MBA course, he is also a speaker on these topics for Bayer on their management courses.

During his Master’s degree James specialised in anti-discrimination law and now uses this expertise to assemble the best legal team to defend actions for discrimination and unfair dismissal claims against SMEs.
