I specialise in Non-Executive & Executive Coaching and am qualified in Coaching to a post-graduate level (ILM7). I have a practical background of both Executive and Non-Executive directorships stretching back around 20 years, which helps inform my coaching.

I provided consultancy and programme / project management to the online payments industry until 2019 in both the UK and Europe - mostly to Payments Service Providers and Acquirers. I still do a little of this work to keep up to date but I principally work as a Coach.

As part of my coaching initiatives I run Group Coaching programmes for aspiring non-execs. This has the joint benefits of clients being inspired by other clients and of reducing fees compared to one-to-one coaching.

I provide Team Coaching where, in conjunction with another executive coach, we work with boards and senior teams to improve communications, productivity, understanding and quality within the organisation.

To help those new to directorships (exec and non-exec) I run a number of exercises that help individuals better know who they are, who they want to become and how they appear to others. All important attributes to maximise positive impact at board level.
