Over the years, the range of consulting services provided has expanded to include both full time and fractional executive management in the form of COO, CPO and CTO roles.

NextPlay Technologies Inc (NXTP) formed by the coming together of multiple synergistic products comprising video gaming and in-game advertising, digital media streaming, crypto and digital banking, and travel.

As Group COO, I oversaw the integration of these technologies by aligning and optimising the technology platforms, processes and operations to maximise the economies of scale and establish a set of strategic objectives at both the entity and group level that were measured through relevant KPI's.

As a Corporate Officer, I was also heavily involved with the corporate regulatory reporting to the SEC in the form of quarterly and annual filings, and established a framework for future additional M&A due diligence activities.

Azubu TV was a popular live streaming service for eSports. With over 30,000 broadcasters and in excess of 10 million UMV’s and was at the time the major rival to Twitch TV. Supporting browser and native mobile apps and it allowed you to watch your eSports content on any device, at any time and anywhere.

As VP of Product and Technology, and later VP of Streaming and Media, I managed the creation and development of the various applications and the transition of the underlying streaming platform from a cost prohibitive, 3rd party solution to a more cost effective hybrid solution.

Virgin Gaming was the leading eSports online service provider that enables video gamers to play competitively online for money. Integrated with a range of video games including the major EA SPORTS titles, users of the service have won in excess of $35 million in prizing since the service launched in 2010.

Following the success of the pilot service in North America in 2010, I was employed to advise how to best position the Virgin Gaming product and service to support expansion into Europe, plus establish the key marketing, game development, publisher and partner relationships within Europe to enable growth.

Reporting into the FIFA franchise, as the Online Producer I oversaw the delivery of the online functionality for five FIFA titles (FIFA08 to FIFA12) including the BAFTA award winning FIFA10, and one World Cup (FIFAWC2010).
