A proven entrepreneur. Re-mortgaged my family home to found a £110m+ turnover business from scratch winning over £1.1bn of long term contract work, employing over 2,200 people delivering complex, critical national infrastructure public services.

Over the past 15 years have founded and successfully developed two large-scale high value business for FTSE and NYSE quoted companies.

September 2009 - September 2020

Re-mortgaged my family home to found Care & Custody, (a shared equity start-up 'MITIE' model company) to grow a specialist business to deliver values led public services in the outsourced criminal justice sector. Led Mitie’s move into delivery of public services and developed a new credible brand in a complex sector.

Successfully grew Care & Custody to be the leading provider of immigration detention services to UK government and forensic medical examiner services to English police forces . C&C has a turnover in excess of £110m, employs 2,300 people, makes a group contribution in excess of £10m and has won over £1.1bn of business .
