Non-Executive/Board Advisor to Energy Services International Ltd. (Eserv International) for strategic growth, contractual and commercial activity.

Reporting to the Board responsible for the overall group management with full P&L responsibility for the Flexlife Group. Actively managed the global expansion of the Flexlife Group and the contracting with local partners and agents in Canada, Brazil, Norway, Nigeria, Angola, India, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, and the development of a portfolio of patented technology for Flexible Risers/Flowlines.

Following the acquisition of the Flexlife Group by the Seanamic Group (backed by Simmons & Co. fund 2) in September 2017 I managed the integration of Flexlife into Seanamic’s IMES business, while working with the Seanamic Group CEO on group strategy for growth by acquisition (and organic), and the development of a group Asset Integrity Management (AIM) product line and team.

Provided consultancy services for business management, acquisitions, integration, investment, growth strategy, and business development, marketing and sales. Recent support and advice given to:

Reported to the Group CEO responsible for the Sparrows Group's global business development, key account management, sales and marketing. In addition, the Director responsible for the development and implementation of the group strategic plan. An active member of a team working with the Sparrows Group Private Equity Investors (AEA) to determine diversification, strategy and the acquisition (and integration) of complementary businesses.

Managing Director for DOF Subsea UK Ltd. responsible for the BU’s HSEQ, financial, operational and HR functions, with full P&L responsibility for the operating entity (~£120m GBP turnover in 2012F). Also, responsible for all business acquisition activities (commercial, business development, strategy, contracts and marketing) for DOF Subsea’s Atlantic Region (UK, Norway, Russia, Mediterranean and Africa).

Commercial Manager reporting to the Managing Director. Responsible for all Commercial, Contractual and Business Development activities associated with Subsea Construction, Diving, IRM (Inspection, Repair and Maintenance), Vessel Charters, Tooling Intervention, Survey and ROV operations. Full budget responsibility (£5m) for tendering and business development personnel and activities. Actively involved in increasing revenue from £35m to £130m.
