Oversee $1.2 billion in revenues for the airline per year, develop products for sale, work with the biggest clients, as well as align logistics to the Emirates service offering and vision.

Kuehne+Nagel are the worlds largest shipping line and operate in almost every port, airfield and major urban area on the planet. Working with some of the worlds most complex supply chains covering all verticals (retail, pharma, heavy industry, tech etc) to provide outsourced contract logistics, distribution and consultancy services. Fully responsible for P&L and strategy for the third party distribution business (outside supplier providers) with annual revenue of £40 million across 37 providers. Supported various global brands including Virgin Media, Nespresso, Heineken, Britvic, Baxi, etc. in consolidating third-party carrier requirements across Europe as well as leveraging supplier focus to bring ‘First to Market’ opportunities. Developed e-commerce logistics as well as seeking new opportunities to grow the business and cut a niche in new markets across Europe. Travelled extensively in Europe, North America, and South Africa.

UK Mail Plc provided logistics, delivery and mail services to 25m UK customers from 45 locations and headquarted in Birmingham UK. Captained multiple departments and teams covering 300 staff to drive all aspects of the organisation’s centrally held operations. Directly managed the 24-hour operational departments including central sortation, courier management teams, key account linehaul, major suppliers, and logistics division. Oversaw all the aspects of several blue-chip clients to retain and grow the existing business whilst venturing into new markets.

• Project managed and implemented a linehaul solution for the high-street retail delivery network
• Achieved a 20% cut in operational costs for the existing transport networks

TNT is a global transportation and logistics company that operated 44 freight aircraft and had directly owned operations in 87 countries and considered to be one of the ‘big 4’ global providers in this space. Held numerous roles across commercial, operational and general management. During tenure took responsibility for Europes largest delivery depot with 350 strong delivery fleet focussed on financial and government service deliveries before moving to Regional General Manager with responsibility for Eastern region including one air gateway and 5 service locations. Fully responsible for all revenues, expenditure and service delivery through 600 delivery fleet, airport/aircraft operations and 170 location based personnel.
