Over the last few years I personally delivered the startegy to secure the company 6 recognitions the three most prominent being Sunday Times International Track 200 in 2018, Sunday Times Profit Track100 (top half) and Queens Award for Enterprise International Trade 2019. I am short listed for the Northern CFO of the year 2019.
Corporate finance is an area where I have added considerable recent experience. Successfully securing funding of a minority stake from a large private equity firm in 2019
Having worked from the start in my present company, this has enabled me to cover areas such as IT, Operations, Marketing, HR, Legal and Property prior to the company being large enough to appoint specialists in these areas. I also setup up all of the finance system controls and reporting for all units bought and setup on three continents.
I recently finished working as a local school governor, being a key governor helping steering the school through one off it’s most difficult times. This now enables me to take on one new non executive director role.
I believe with my broad and successful track record most notable in multiple successful turnarounds, I would be well placed to add value as a non executive director especially in a group looking to expand internationally.
