I have worked predominantly as a Service Advisor initially and after gaining vast experience rising to become a successful Aftersales Manager.
I have gained industry certification with BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi and Toyota/Lexus.
I have also worked with The Fiat/Chrysler group.
Jamie's Career History
I was responsible for running a successful aftersales department in a multi franchised environment.
I had to recruit and train new staff members, in addition to providing exceptional levels of customer service whilst turning the department into a profitable operation.
I had to attain targets set by the manufacturers in addition to the business owners.
I oversaw the recruitment & development of the Service advisor team.
I was in charge of making sure the exceptionally high customer service levels demanded by BMW were attained, whilst assuring a profitable department was achieved.
in the absence of the Manager, I was in overall charge of the department.
I was responsible for the running of a team of 6. I was the advisor who liaised with the customers in addition to running a team of technicians in the workshop.
I had to deliver exceptional customer service whilst also attaining upsell targets.
I started as a Parts delivery driver but was quickly brought on to the Service desk as the company recognised my potential.
I spent several years undergoing training and I climbed the ladder first becoming a Senior Advisor and then ultimately being promoted to Service Manager at the opening of a new site in Southport.
