Currently the owner of my own business formed in 2010. We are a coaching and training firm specialising in leadership developing the most senior of executives - normally, CEOs, MDs, Boards and senior teams.
Growing businesses need the leadership capability of their people to grow and develop as well in order to meet the needs of challenging business plans. Our work with clients helps people and teams really understand how they take their leadership capability to the next level. Often people tell us this is with "life changing" results
Previously to running my own business, I spent 20 years in the Corporate world in many board and senior positions where I was known as a valuable, insightful and very supportive board member.
I started my career in the Royal Air Force - serving 9 years.
I am also active in many other areas:
-I chair a UK Peer Learning group of second stage entrepreneurs for an international entrepreneur network. This requires excellent facilitation and coaching skills for the most senior type of Executives.
-I am an Ambassador for a Charity called X-Forces which focusses on helping veterans set up their own businesses
-I sit on the All Party Parliamentary Group in the UK Parliament for Women in Enterprise - a group that advises and lobbies government around the female entrepreneur agenda
-I am the Honorary Consul to Latvia- appointed by the Latvian Ambassador to the UK working within the UK diplomatic team here in the UK to assist with developing business and cultural relationships between the two nations
