I love to help build things…that’s why I’ve spent the last 25 years with one of the worlds most powerful and respected lifestyle brands, LEGO®. Joining straight from University as a marketing assistant, I went on to serve on its Global Executive Board and hold multiple senior commercial roles around the world.

As Non executive Director and former regional CEO and Executive board member, I now provide strategic advisory support, coaching and mentorship for Boards, Chief Executives, Managing Directors and Business owners.

I have been a key driver of LEGO’s brand and commercial expansion in both the UK and across the world. During my career, I have lived and worked in three major continents, gaining extensive experience of many countries, including UK, Russia, USA, China, Japan to name but a few.

I understand what it takes to scale and grow a brand, business and an organisation. Be it in the UK or internationally, I have delivered this whilst developing myself and those around me.

Whether leading global new product launches, starting new businesses by expanding into new countries, or being responsible for mature markets with sales in excess of £1billion, my brief was simple - grow the business and develop even stronger leadership pipeline.

I have been at the core of one of the worlds greatest brands that has delivered one of the most amazing growth stories of recent history. Utilizing my leadership experience to helps senior execs personally grow, I leverage my knowledge of corporate and commercial strategy, leadership development, digitization, brand expansion, omin-channel retail and corporate compliance, to help Boards and businesses scale.
