A passion and a strong leadership track record in using digital transformation to lead teams and organizations’ through rapid change in strategy, culture and execution. This includes both large global blue chip (Rolls-Royce and Cisco) and start up organizations (Digital Catapult) and in both the private and public sector.

In 2018 I was named in the global top 150 business transformation executives as voted by peers, vendors and industry analysts (Constellation).

Over my varied career I have developed a rich mix of global and UK business operational experience, skills and outcomes from a range of global and multi-location Managing Director and CEO roles. These skills include new strategy development, business and services development, income generation, global Customer management and marketing, high profile global project management and finance.

Outside work I was a Governor at Coventry University from 2009 to 2017, have been an active supporter for Co Operation Ireland the largest Irish peace charity (charity patrons are the Queen and President of Ireland), on the Innovation panel for the Queens Awards for Industry. I have also been a member of the EIT Digital London Steering Board, the Smart London Board, the Northern Ireland Matrix ICT panel and on the board of the Bradford Digital Health Enterprise Zone
