Over a 25-year period, Nick has launched 4 digital specialist businesses and he has exited 3 of them, most recently, his multi-award-winning digital media consultancy, Agenda21 was sold to Be Heard Group Plc in 2015.
Since the sale of Agenda21, Nick has worked as a board advisor and NED in the media and technology industry helping company leaders identify opportunities and overcome the barriers to growth:
Hybrid Theory – COO and board advisor. Worked with the CEO to set the business on a growth path, building the right senior team, increasing relevance to customers and focusing technology on delivering business outcomes. Sale to Azerion in November 2022.
Goodstuff - Board Member and Digital Partner. Built a digital product offering that was distinctly Goodstuff. Turnover and profit doubled in 18 months there. Worked with the founders on their sale to Stagwell Group.
DataShaka – a DMP. Founder and board member.
Cudoni – high end fashion tech platform. Mentor to CEO.
Thomas Cook – digital advisory board member to December 2016
