I recently worked with a major organisation with big ambitions to refine their messaging approach. After a somewhat cynical reaction from the SLT, they quickly realised just how 'off the mark' their messaging had become and wholeheartedly embraced a new way of working. The result? Proactive and positive customer reaction, a revitalised workforce, press acknowledgement for the 'new and fresh way' they were talking - and a whole new set of 'open doors' leading to major new wins.
