A skilled negotiator with extensive skills in stakeholder engagement, programme management and service delivery, which I have accrued over a highly successful career across B2B, B2C, banking, FMCG, retail, education, commercial, corporate and not for profit sectors. I am an experienced Non-Executive Chair in the education sector, instrumental in improving school performance. This is a strategic role, the main focus of which is the improvement in standards and outcomes for the children in our care by ensuring the trust is well run by the executive leadership.

With over 25 years’ experience, I am adept in leading large teams within operational, regulatory, single and multi-site environments to deliver revenue growth and cost efficiencies, while ensuring the highest levels of service are consistently delivered.

As a skilled programme manager, I have successfully delivered high profile projects such as the implementation and continuous improvement of the Tesco Price Promise and the oversight of programme delivery relating to Basel BCBS239 regulation in Risk and Conduct, and then more latterly the Risk Transformation programme for The Royal Bank of Scotland. Now as Head of PMO for The Prince’s Trust I am working to introduce and oversee robust project management disciplines across all change and transformation delivery at the charity.
