Commercially focused Chartered Accountant with over 30 years of experience gained during a career within a FTSE 350 company and two of the world’s largest professional services firms (KPMG and Ernst & Young).

During those tenures developed a key skillset for being able to take an outside/in view of a business and engage with a board to craft a growth strategy that was commercially successful and sustainable whilst financially viable for the key stakeholders to fund and manage.

Equally well skilled at providing strong financial insight to ensure strong internal controls are in play, checks and balances are leveraged to mitigate potential future risk and growth can be managed and delivered without operating capital challenges.

Well versed in the investment side of business growth and find myself well placed to work with a small to medium size business and assist the board in shaping it to become investment ready, operationally lean and with a strong financial model to open doors for potential external investment to come in.

Extensive experience of working in leadership teams alongside Executive Directors, Senior Partners, Boards and Audit Committees in the development and execution of strategy/projects including a strong skillset for fostering strong team dynamics, team building and key stakeholder management.

Currently serving as a Non-Executive Director for New International Encounters Limited where I am also Chair of the Risk & Finance Sub Committee.
