As a Technology entrepreneur with solid auditing, governance and market development culture, Tram has founded, co-founded, mentored and advised over 30 high-impact small businesses from fintech, media, retail to healthcare within a 6 year-span bringing raw technology to seed, post-seed businesses to new markets. She brings to boards collaborations, cross-geography, cross-sectorial and cross-disciplinary networks to shape alliances and achieve greater scale

In 2010 as the General Manager at Welch Allyn France (France Metropole, French-speaking Africa and French overseas territories) and a member of the EMEA management Board with a full P&L accountability, she realigned profit results with corporate strategy gaining board trust. During her tenure, she conducted both a 100% culture and organizational transformation and a 100% commercial channel turnaround paving the way for later acquisition by Hill-Rom.
Prior to that, she quickly moved at Johnson &Johnson Diagnostics from a Regional Executive Committee to an EMEA Management Board Member position with P&L accountability in a $400M division. During her 10-year J&J tenure, she injected strategic thinking into the company’s product marketing approach, gained the EMEA board decision to create and launch lean consulting services that increased the group’s overall profitability by $ 6 MM within a year. Tram was awarded the Johnson & Johnson Standards of Leadership Awards in 2002 and 2005.

Based in France, Paris, Tram is multilingual in French, English, Vietnamese and German.
She currently serves on the board of both for-profit and not-for-profit organizations: AccuHealth Holding Ltd, a private telemedicine company headquartered in Canada, CEPS eHealth club, Aster Impact Social Enterprise Incubator and Droon, a private blockchain technology venture. She is a recognized mentor at global acceleration programs such as Endeavor Global or Big Booster, and an assessment expert at the Europe Horizon 2020 Evaluation Board Committee.
Tram holds an MBA from McGill University Canada, a US Certified Public Accountant license from New Hampshire State Board, the Columbia Executive Management Program Strategy Certificate and the Financial Times Non-Executive Director Diploma.
She is also a member of the American NACD National Association of Corporate Directors with a continuous professional governance development learning program and focus on ESG topics
