Dr Goldsmith awarded me a scholarship to train in his Stakeholder Centred Coaching approach, which is proven to deliver results as it takes the leadership change process much further, taking it outside the leader’s office, and into the work environment with the leader’s stakeholders.

I designed the business and strategic plans for a new 5-18 international school, based in the heart of Singapore's commercial district. I led the project including the design of learning spaces and 21st Century skills/concepts project-based curriculum. I achieved authorisation for IB PYP and Diploma, and Cambridge International Examinations IGCSE/A Level

I led the selection, induction, appraisal and retention of an outstanding staff. I developed and implemented a student recruitment and marketing plan; enrolment grew as per my predictions, resulting in the school breaking even within 18 months.

I was headhunted to crisis manage, following the departure of 2/3rds of the leadership team and several senior teachers during the summer holidays. The initial focus was to ensure the school opened at the start of the academic year, and that staff and parent anxiety at the situation was managed effectively.
Using OFSTED/BSO standards, I completed an evaluation which showed the school required improvement in all areas. I began implementation of an action plan to improve the school, working with the school owners. I supported the owners in the sale of the school to an international school’s group.

I was recruited to lead the school through a significant change in governance and leadership, as well as to lead a school improvement process.
Under my leadership, the school achieved its highest ever IB Diploma results two years running. (100% pass rate, an average of 30.5 points up from 27 in two years - equivalent to going from ABC to AAAC at A-Level).
To achieve this, I conducted a full evaluation and then mplemented significant changes to staffing as the school was underperforming. I developed and led an international recruitment process for the new faculty and senior leadership. I also developed a three-track performance management process, involving coaching, data analysis and SMART targets.
I also led the school successfully through its 5-Year CIS/NEASC inspection, IB Diploma 5-year review, and authorisation for Cambridge International
Examinations IGCSE/A Level.
On the commercial side, I developed and led a number of marketing strategies to improve perceptions of the school in the local community, which led to increased enrolment from 285 to 325 (the highest in the School’s history). This positively impacted our bottom line, allowing us to invest in infrastructure improvements and improved resources for students.

I was headhunted by the Knightsbridge Schools International group to open Montenegro’s first international secondary and boarding school, growing from an existing primary school. At the time, the school was the first independent international school in the country. As such, I worked closely with the Ministry of Education and local universities to secure recognition agreements for the IB Diploma as suitable for entrance to higher education.

I led the recruitment of a skilled international faculty and boarding team, and successfully led the candidacy process for IB MYP and Diploma.I worked closely with the Marketing Manager on developing and implementing admissions and marketing campaigns to drive student enrolment, including
attendance at boarding fairs.
