Provided a range of consultancy and professional advisory services to a range of clients. Projects include responsibility for the repatriation of pathology services on behalf of Cambridge University Hospital NHS FT, advising a GP practice in bidding for the renewal of its APMS contract and the recommissioning of community services across South Cheshire and Vale Royal.
Member of the Board, Finance Committee and Non Exec responsibility for Health and Safety. Played a part in dealing with the break up of the Trust and transfer of its services to other NHS provider organisations using my business transformation skills and experience.
Seconded from SIB to the Northern Ireland Prison Service to support its major transformation programme. Held specific responsibility for the development and implementation of its estate strategy with the objectives of transforming service operations, improving staff efficiency and reducing cost.
