An experienced and proven values-based business leader with a portfolio of non-executive roles in the public, not-for-profit and private sectors where my strategic, financial, commercial, operational, political, multiple stakeholder, change management and people management skills, my international experience and my passion to develop organisations by engaging and empowering people can help deliver outcomes that make a real difference.

I have chaired, been a member of, and reported to numerous boards and committees including audit committees, been a trustee of a pension fund and director of an FCA registered company. I have managed relationships with governments, regulators and the media in the UK, European Commission and globally and my experience of governance, audit and regulation is combined with a broad knowledge of inter-cultural sensitivity and diversity.
