To complement a 25-year front office investment banking career, I have for most of the last decade, provided finance and strategy leadership as either an Advisor or INED to firms in the Finance/Fintech or Property/Proptech sectors, including, corporate structuring/governance, business protocoling/positioning, business modelling/monitoring and financial/regulatory best-practice. This contributing to the building of recognised entities with functional data rooms to assist commercial measurement, delivery and funding. Alongside the oversight, I focused on digitalisation, the benefits technology can provide for efficiencies and ultimately business valuation.

Prior to this I spent seven years with two leading multinational FMCG organizations in South Africa and in 1998, transitioned into Investment Banking, first as an equity analyst and later in the UK to equity sales, equity capital markets, desk head and head of equities roles with the likes of; ING, Sanlam, and Deutsche Bank.

I have been UK FCA regulated for the majority of my 23-years in London, have B.Economics and MBA qualifications, extensive C-Suite experience, and I am open to discussing further INED or Advisory representation with compatible organisations.
