under 24 months, doubling revenue (£15 to £30m) and people (188 to 320) and establishing the business as market leader.

of Medical Imaging Ltd & MIDRSS Ltd (Dec 14) for £13M, leading due diligence, negotiation, execution and integration of 188 members of staff and services. Appointed Managing Director of Medical Imaging Ltd & MIDRSS Ltd and created the new EMIS Care and EMIS Health operating brands to accommodate a BPO business and position EMIS effectively in the market.

Delivered innovative digital health SaaS solution to Primary Care Physicians across multiple US states, managing and creating national network of partners and reading centres. Operating from offices in Wake Forest, NC, US to provide 750k diabetic patients across the US access to a simple and affordable test for a fast and accurate assessment of their retinal health.

Acquired global IP rights to AI platform from Aberdeen University, productised, commercialised and launched HealthAI to market. Successfully exited the business in 2013 to EMIS Group plc.
