I joined the BCN business in 2018 following the initial Private Equity investment from Beechtree. I worked closely in a very hands on role to help support the leadership team rapidly grow organically and through M&A. Five acquisitions and 4 years later, we transitioned to ECI Partners as a business which was 6x the size at the Beechtree investment. BCN is a superb team, a Northern power house of 240 expert employees having completed our 6th acquisition in Evo Soft. The BCN business has so much potential I proud and privileged to continue my role as a Non Executive Director and be part of this exciting next chapter.

I am one of the founders of a multi Wind and Solar Renewable Energy business which now operates across 3 locations in the UK. In 2021, we produced 728GwH of carbon free electricity to the National Grid. It is a passion, a challenge and an imperative to address the absolutely critical necessity to produce the energy we need to succeed economically with the lowest possible carbon footprint to create truly sustainable balance. We have a global emergency in terms of climate management and we all need to do everything we can to address this...I choose to channel my skills into electrical engineering and a fascination of Renewable energy generation to create this incredible difference. I am so proud of what we have created in 3 farmers fields and our combined initiative and beliefs.

CEO of an SAP on Azure cloud globally recognised Microsoft specialist partner. That was not the case in 2017 when I took over the business. With some amazing globally recognised customers, we needed to rapidly develop and innovate our propositions to help support existing and new customers on their Azure transformation journeys. The Goal was to provide a genuine alternative to GSI's solutions where customer needed cost optimisation, high responsiveness and agility combined with a customer focused experience. In 5 years, we built an amazing globally recognised team or top talent which delivered major customer SAP cloud programmes for Unilever, McLaren, The Body Shop, Deloitte's, PwC, Hovis and many many more.

I was one of the 3 founder Directors of the Pulsant business leading the business from £8 to £100M revenue through organic and M&A over 6 years. I led the technology and operational aspects of the business including all infrastructure services, developing our Private Cloud and the rapid evolution to our Azure, Security and Application services. Pulsant has become a household name and thought leader in Colocation, Private and Public Cloud services delivering and taking pride in high quality customer experiences.

Following the acquisition of Digica in January 2007, I was privileged to become the UK Computacenter CTO as part of our Managed Services business. Together with the ComputaCenter team we continued to build on the awesome capabilities and talent in one of the UK's leading IT services organisations to help transform a huge number of UK companies IT systems and strategies. I also worked as part of the international consultancy teams in Germany, Barcelona and South Africa to continue to build our multi-geo support and innovation services.

I joined Digica - a recovering startup business from leading a major IT transformation in the FTSE 100 business of Severn Trent. Over the next four years, I was part of the leadership team which established Digica as a market leader in IT Managed Services in the UK leading to the acquisition by ComputaCenter. I was responsible for building the new propositions of Microsoft IT managed and Security services helping to transform this recognised mid range expert service provider into a recognised IT Managed Service Provider. With this we built an offshore IT support centre in Cape Town with over 200 of our colleagues and we increased revenue and EBITDA 8x in 4 years.
