I have instigated and successfully executed M&A transactions, also managing relationships and expectations of PE investors in syndicated finance arrangements. Integral to many business activities has been the introduction and use of digital/technology solutions, as part of enabling a disparate geographical workforce, managing customer engagement and supporting new business models.

Getting the right team in place and instilling good process/governance has been a theme throughout my leadership roles - disciplined decision-making and control are central to how I work. I enjoy supporting the development of others and providing the right experience, stretch and challenge to allow colleagues to reach their full potential.
